I brought some of the chickens out to the backyard to play. The vineyards are starting to look bleak, and the trees are all losing their foliage, but the leaves on the ground are still so pretty. I had to take advantage of the beautiful colors to snap some photos of the animals & the rest of the mini farm. Soon everything will be wet & muddy (oh bother!) but right now everywhere I look around the property is full of stunning, rich, lovely hues. 

This is the wonderful Gamma. He is such a good boy-- very gentle, very sweet, very patient with his sister, Dharma. 
I'm very lucky to have him!
